Swan Electric has completed complex industrial projects across the state of Michigan within a variety of facilities including automotive manufacturing facilities, automotive supplier facilities, concrete manufacturing facilities, particleboard manufacturing facilities and wastewater treatment plants. The projects have been for Owners such as General Motors, Thai Summit America, Arauco, Magna, Gestamp, Woodbridge, Lafarge, St Marys Cement, Weyerhaeuser and the City of Lansing.

Further, Swan Electric has completed the REO Substation and the REO Cogeneration Plant (100 MW) for the Lansing Board of Water and Light and the Alpine Power Plant (432 MW) for Wolverine Power Cooperative. Swan Electric also has experience in the solar industry, completing the 24 MW Solar Array owned by CMS Energy.​​
